President Gul To Lay Foundation For Baku - Tbilisi - Kars Railway

ANKARA - Turkish President Abdullah Gul would travel to the eastern province of Kars on Wednesday.
President Gul will participate in a ceremony to lay down the foundation for the Turkey leg of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway on Thursday, July 24th. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili would also join the ceremony.
Gul would hold bilateral talks with Aliyev and Saakashvili while in Kars. President Gul would host a luncheon in honor of the Azerbaijani and Georgian presidents.
President Gul would later proceed to Istanbul to participate in the graduation ceremony of the War Academies in Istanbul.
