ANKARA - Two ambulance planes belonging to Turkish General Staff have been dispatched to Mosul, Iraq on Thursday to pick up 21 wounded Iraqis and their 21 companions upon directives from the Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The 21 Iraqis were wounded in Tal Afar town of Iraq on Wednesday due to a car bomb. 25 people were killed due to the blast.
The Iraqis would receive medical treatment at Gulhane Military Hospital (GATA) and Ataturk Research Hospital in Ankara.
