Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan stated that they would continue their support for the initiatives for a comprehensive solution of the Cyprus problem within the framework of the settled UN parameters.
Moreover, Babacan stressed that providing security and prosperity of the Turkish Cypriot people and protection balance and stability in the Eastern Mediterranean comprised the two main strategic targets of the Cyprus policy of Turkey.
