ANKARA - Turkish Finance Minister Kemal Unakitan said on Tuesday that average U.S. dollar currency is envisaged to be 1.67 New Turkish Liras (YTL) at the end of 2005.
Unakitan announced macro economic indices that will be regarded as basis for the 2005 budget.
According to statement of Unakitan, targeted rates of macro economic indices at the end of 2005 are as follows:

Unakitan added that maximum consolidated budget allowances in 2005 would be 153,591 million YTL and they would give priority to investments in areas of education, health, technological infrastructure and judiciary services in 2005.
