Attack On U.S. Consulate General Was Undoubtedly A Suicide Attack, Governor

ISTANBUL - Governor of Istanbul, Muammer Guler, said Friday that Wednesday's attack on the U.S. Consulate General was "undoubtedly a suicide attack."
Speaking to reporters in Istanbul, Guler said that "the fourth person, who brought the terrorists to the U.S. Consulate General, has been found. This person's interrogation continued till morning hours."
"Based on this interrogation, we may detain other people," Guler also said.
