ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan left on Friday for Brussels, Belgium to hold a series of talks.
Speaking to reporters at Ankara's Esenboga Airport, Babacan said he would hold meetings on Turkey's EU accession process, opening of new chapters and some other issues.
Babacan said he would meet EU Commissioner for Enlargement Olli Rehn and energy commissioner.
After completing his talks in Brussels, Babacan will proceed to Paris, France to attend the Union for Mediterranean meeting.
