BAGHDAD - Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Iraqi counterpart Nuri al-Maliki signed Thursday an agreement on establishment of a Strategic Relations High Council.
Under the agreement, prime ministers of Turkey and Iraq will meet once every year, relevant ministers of both countries will meet three times every year and technical delegations will meet four times every year.
The agreement will facilitate training for Iraqi officers and teachers.
