RELATIVES OF ASSAILANT CINAR: HIS MIND WAS "POISONED"

IGDIR - Relatives of Bulent Cinar, one of the armed assailants who carried out the deadly attack on police post in front of the U.S. Consulate General in Istanbul on Wednesday, said on Thursday that his mind must have been "poisoned".
Relatives and friends of Cinar who are living in Surmeli village of Tuzluca town of the eastern province of Igdir, said they believed that Cinar's mind must have been poisoned to get involved in such an attack.
