Offices Of Iraqi P.M.'s Party Burnt To Ground In South

NASIRIYAH, Iraq, Aug 8 (AFP) - Offices of Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi's party were burnt to the ground here Sunday after being torched by masked attackers, without causing casualties, an AFP correspondent and witnesses said.
Four masked men stepped out of an Opel vehicle in front of the offices of the Iraqi National Accord party and stormed inside setting the place on fire, according to local resident Numaan Khudair.
A Shiite Muslim militia loyal to radical cleric Moqtada Sadr clashed on Friday with Italian troops based in this southern city.
