ISTANBUL - Turkcell, Turkey's biggest mobile phone operator, has received three prizes from International Business Awards in e-trade, investors and public relations, the company said on Saturday.
Over 1700 companies from 30 countries applied for the awards this year, which will given in a ceremony in Dublin in September.
