ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Friday that nobody should put forth Cyprus issue as a pretext against Turkey.
Speaking to reporters following his Justice and Development Party (AK Party) Central Executive Board meeting, Erdogan said that his party continues to support its thesis to take necessary steps with determination for development and acceptance of the rights of Turkish Cypriots by the world.
Noting that nobody should put forth Cyprus issue as a pretext against Turkey, Erdogan said that the whole world should undertake its responsibility for the future of Turkish Cypriots.
