ANKARA - Bargaining for the block sale of Baskent Electricity Distribution Corporation ended on Tuesday.
The joint venture of Haci Omer Sabanci Holding A.S.-Osterreichische Elektrizitatswirtschafts-Aktiengesellschaft (Verbund)-Enerjisa Enerji Uretim A.S. offered the highest bid for the corporation with 1.225 billion USD.
Turkish Privatization High Board must approve the result of today`s bargaining before Baskent Electricity Distribution Corp.`s shares are sold to Haci Omer Sabanci Holding A.S.-Osterreichische Elektrizitatswirtschafts-Aktiengesellschaft (Verbund)-Enerjisa Enerji Uretim A.S.
