TARSUS - Turkish Exporters` Assembly (TIM) announced Tuesday exports from Turkey in June went up by 34.8 percent when compared to the same month last year and reached 12.7 billion USD.
Chairman of TIM, Oguz Satici, announced exports figures for June in a meeting attended by Turkish State Minister Kursad Tuzmen in the southern province of Mersin`s Tarsus town.
According to Satici, Turkish exports between January and June went up by 36.07 percent over the same period last year and reached 67.1 billion USD.
Turkish exports between June, 2007 and June, 2008 were worth 123.7 billion USD.
