Four Taken Into Custody In Capital Ankara

ANKARA - Retired Gen. Hursit Tolon; Ankara representative of Cumhuriyet daily Mustafa Balbay; chairperson of Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) Sinan Aygun, and Kemalist Thought Association (ADD) head retired Gen. Sener Eruygur were taken into custody in capital Ankara on Tuesday.
Tolon, Balbay, Aygun and Eruygur were taken into custody at their homes early on Tuesday upon the directives of Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor`s Office, security forces said.
Police also initiated an operation at the premises of Cumhuriyet daily`s Ankara office.
