SOFIA - Turkey gave on Friday a note to Bulgaria for an attack on two Turkish citizens.
Turkey`s Embassy in Sofia sent a protest note to Bulgaria`s Ministry of Foreign Affairs for an attack of racist Bulgarians on two Turkish citizens.
Murat Sipahioglu and Mustafa Erol, two Turkish citizens, were attacked by unidentified racist hooligans at a cafe in downtown Sofia when they were watching a Euro 2008 semi-final match between Turkey and Germany on Wednesday.
Turkish Embassy asked the Bulgarian authorities to take necessary measures and capture the assailants.
