HABUR - Thirty-three Turkish citizens died in Iraq in last seven months.
Officials at the Habur border pass in Silopi town of Turkey's southeastern Sirnak province said on Thursday that eleven Turkish citizens were shot dead while the others died in traffic accidents, work accidents and of heart attack in Iraq in the last seven months.
Meanwhile, officials said that daily number of trucks entering Iraq from Habur pass decreased from 2,000 to 1,500 after recent increase in attacks on truck drivers.
