Chinese Ambassador In Mersin

MERSIN - Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ankara held talks in southern province of Mersin on Monday.
Chinese Ambassador Sun Guoxiang paid a courtesy call to Mersin Governor Huseyin Aksoy and said he would launch an appeal to Chinese entrepreneurs to invest in this city. "We expect Aksoy to assist Chinese entrepreneurs," Sun said.
Ambassador Sun stated Chinese government attached great importance to Turkey and there has been a growing trade volume between the two countries.
Governor Aksoy informed Sun on possibilities in Mersin and said the province had the 8th largest economy in Turkey.
