VLADIVOSTOK, Aug 3 (AFP) - Five partially decomposed bodies, including that of a five-year-old child, were found Tuesday in a sewage well in Russia's Pacific port city of Vladivostok.
Investigators say more bodies could be hidden in the sewage, an emergency service worker at the scene told the AFP.
The victims, who include a couple and its five-year-old son who went missing a year ago, were killed in another part of town before being hidden in the well, the online news site Gazeta.ru reported Tuesday.
The bodies were weighed down by ballasts, their hands and feet bound and a plastic bag placed over their heads, the site said, quoting Vladivostok police sources.
According to the site, the bodies were found in the process of an investigation into the murder of a man who was found dismembered in Vladivostok in April.
Officials said they were still investigating that death and had no suspects in any of the cases.
