Parliament Speaker Toptan Leaves For Greece

ISTANBUL - Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan left for Greece on Sunday.
Toptan will represent Turkey at the meeting of the presidents of parliaments of Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC).
He is expected to hold bilateral talks with parliament speakers of PABSEC-member countries during his stay in Athens.
