Turkish Playwright Awarded With French Theatre Award

PARIS - Turkish playwright Sedef Ecer was presented with a 3,000 euro prize by the French "Centre National Theatre".
Paris-based Ecer was awarded for her drama Sur le Seuil-On the Doorstep, among other international playwrights such as Matei Visniec and Philippe Djian.
Sur le Seuil depicts "moments when people and countries stand on the doorstep."
