AFYON - Turkish State Minister Ali Babacan said on Monday that International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation will arrive in Turkey tonight and they will start negotiations as of tomorrow.
However, he added, ''this does not mean that a stand-by agreement will be signed with the visiting of IMF delegation.''
Replying questions of reporters, Babacan said that IMF was invited to come to Turkey to exchange view about technical details on economic programs which cover 2005, 2006 and 2007.
