CANCELLATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT

TOKYO - Turkish President Abdullah Gul said Thursday, in regard to the Constitutional Court`s decision to cancel an amendment lifting a ban on wearing headscarves at universities, that "this is a legal process and I do not want to add anything".
Gul received the news from the Constitutional Court at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo.
