Double Car Bomb Outside Church In Mosul

MOSUL, Iraq, Aug 1 (AFP) - A double car bomb exploded Sunday evening outside a church in Iraq`s main northern city of Mosul, home to a significant Christian minority, police said.
The bombs went off at 7:15 am outside the Mar Polis church in the Mohandessin neighbourhood in the centre of the city, said Major Mohammed Omar Taha.
