Regardless Of Which Candidate Is Elected As U.S. President, Turkey Will Continue To Be An Important Point, Parris

ISTANBUL - A former ambassador of the United States in Ankara said Monday "regardless of which candidate is elected as the U.S. president, Turkey will continue to be an important point".
Speaking at a conference organized by Turkish Industrialists` and Businessmen`s Association (TUSIAD) on impacts of upcoming U.S. presidential elections on Turkey-U.S. relations, former U.S. ambassador in Ankara Mark Parris said that Turkey would never be neglected.
It was our goal to explain the U.S. elections to Turkish people, said Parris.
