Turkish Parliament Speaker Meets His Algerian Counterpart

ANKARA - Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan held talks with his Algerian counterpart on Monday.
Parliament Speaker Abdelaziz Ziari of Algeria, who arrived in Turkey on an official visit, met Toptan at the Turkish parliament in capital Ankara.
Prior to the meeting, Toptan said the good relations between Turkey and Algeria would be strengthened thanks to Ziari`s visit.
Ziari said he felt quite honored for being at the Turkish parliament and thanked for the hospitality of Turkish officials.
The tete-a-tete meeting between Toptan and Ziari was closed to press.
After the meeting of the speakers, Turkish and Algerian delegations held talks.
