String Inspirations Quintet Gives Concert In Mersin

MERSIN - The String Inspirations Quintet gave a concert in the southern Turkish province of Mersin on Sunday night under the 7th International Music Festival.
Dancers Jorg Mitgutsch and Agnes Jennewein accompanied the quintet with their performance of tango.
The quintet formed by Turkish musician Serkan Gurkan in Vienna includes violinists Sergej Bolotny of Ukraine and Alexej Barer of Russia, violoncellist Peter Gospodinov of Bulgaria and contrabassist Felipe Medina of Uruguay.
The festival which began on May 22nd, will end with a concert of Leipzig String Quartet on Monday.
