Turkish Armed Forces Conduct Air Operation On North Of Iraq

ANKARA - Turkish jets hit terrorist targets in Hakurk region of north of Iraq on Thursday, May 29th, the General Staff announced.
The General Staff said that Turkish jets launched an air strike against terrorist organization PKK/KONGRA-GEL targets in Hakurk region and destroyed nine shelters, three equipment storage facilities and four other various facilities belonging to the terrorists.
Among the targets hit by Turkish jets was a group of terrorists planning to cross the border into Turkey, the General Staff said.
