Turkey - Libya Jec Meeting To Be Held In Ankara In August

ANKARA - The 19th term meeting of Turkey-Libya Joint Economic Commission (JEC) will be held in Ankara between August 4-6, 2004. The last JEC meeting between Turkey and Libya took place in 1996.
Turkish State Minister Kursad Tuzmen and Labor and Infrastructure Minister Muhammad Matuk Muhammad of Libya will preside the meeting.
During the meeting aiming to improve economic and commercial relations between Turkey and Libya, the sides will discuss issues such as energy, irrigation, tourism and construction.
