ANKARA - Turkey will train Eastern and Western African countries, striving against hunger and poverty, on animal breeding and healthy food production.
Burkina Faso, Senegal, Mali, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Djibouti, Madagascar, Comoro Islands and Tanzania join the projects jointly prepared by Turkish Agriculture & Rural Affairs Ministry and Turkish International Development & Cooperation Agency (TIKA).
The 3-year project also includes training on fight against epidemic animal diseases, animal husbandry, production and marketing of animal and agricultural food, fish raising and marketing.
A promotion meeting will take place for the projects in August in Ankara.
