ANKARA - Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan received Brazilian Ambassador to Turkey Cesario Mentonio Neto on Tuesday.
During the meeting, Neto bade farewell to Toptan since his tenure in Ankara will come to an end in the coming days.
