One Of World's Largest Companies To Move Its Eastern Europe, Africa, Middle East Hqs To Turkey

BRUSSELS - A global giant, which is among world`s largest 50 companies and has subsidiaries in different industries, is set to move its headquarters --for Eastern Europe, Russia, Central Asia, Caucasus, Middle East and entire Africa-- to Turkey, a high level Turkish official said on Saturday.
Alpaslan Korkmaz, President of Investment Support & Promotion Agency of Turkey, said his agency would announce the company on June 13th.
"The company will employ 300 people, all of whom would be senior executives," Korkmaz said.
"The company will divide its European headquarters, which is based in London and has an annual revenue of 17 billion USD, to two within the framework of its new global restructuring. Only western Europe will be managed from London," he said.
