ISTANBUL - World GSM Association`s (GSMA) security working group will have a meeting which will be hosted by Turkish GSM operator Turkcell in Istanbul on May 27th and 28th.
Turkcell said in a statement on Friday that technical representatives from association members, who study the security threats to GSM, would discuss algorithms, technical security aspects of customer apparatus and SIM card security.
Turkcell will also introduce its mobile signature service and security components at the meeting, it said.
GSMA is a global trade association representing more than 750 GSM mobile phone operators across 218 territories and countries of the world.
