ISTANBUL - A Luxembourg-based property investment company considers Turkey a suitable country for investments with respect to its macroeconomic figures and remarkable initiatives in its EU accession process, a company executive said on Friday.
Christopher Penna from City Centre Holdings (CCH) told the A.A correspondent that the company made its first investments in Germany and Poland, but now it has focused on Turkey.
"We are eager to stay in Turkey for a long time," Penna said.
He said the company developed three residential projects worth 100 million USD in Bodrum (Mugla) and a brand "Monarch Court" was created thanks to these projects.
"We aim at using this brand in several countries," Penna said.
Penna stated the company was also eager to make 100 million USD investments in Istanbul soon.
CCH is an opportunity-driven, privately owned property investment company that focuses on acquisitions in Eastern Europe.
