ISTANBUL - Sixth-seeded Akgul Amanmuradova of Uzbekistan and second-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland have qualified to semi-final in the WTA Tour Istanbul Cup Tennis Tournament.
Amanmuradova beat third-seeded Nadia Petrova of Russia 7-6, 1-6, 6-4 in the quarter-final while second-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska defeated Andreja Klepac of Slovenia 1-6, 6-2, 6-4.
The other semi-finalists will be winners of the matches between eighth-seeded Tsvetana Pironkova of Bulgaria and fourth-seeded Olga Govortsova of Belarus, and first-seeded Elena Dementieva of Russia and seventh-seeded Jill Craybas of the United States.
