Greece Presents Medal To Pilots Who Helped Extinguish Forest Fires In 2007

ANKARA - Greece presented medals to Turkish and Greek pilots who helped extinguish forest fires in Greece in 2007.
Greek Ambassador to Ankara Fotis Ksidas gave medals to Turkish pilot Mehmet Atalay and Greek pilot Vasilios Papaanastasiu in a ceremony held at the Greek Embassy on Thursday.
Ksidas thanked Turkey for sending a fire extinguishing airplane to Greece last year.
