Turkish soccer team Fenerbahce`s coach Zico was in the headline of Portuguese daily Record. The paper wrote that Portuguese club Benfica have changed its course to Zico as Michael Laudrup did not answer club officials on time. Record said Zico would have good impact on Benfica`s players as he was known as a "soccer god". It said the Brazilian coach took his time until Monday to make a decision.
Separately, Turkish team Galatasaray`s Cameroonian defender Rigobert Song gave green light to another Turkcell Super League team Besiktas who agreed with Czech players Zapotochny and Sivok. Song told a former club official that Galatasaray asked him to cut down his fee.
"I`d be honored to play for a great club like Besiktas," Song was quoted as saying.
