KAYSERI - Austrian President Heinz Fischer arrived on Thursday in Istanbul coming from central province of Kayseri, hometown of Turkish President Abdullah Gul, where the two presidents attended a business council meeting.
Fischer will visit Fener Greek Orthodox Patriarchate and attend Turkish-Austrian Business Council meeting in Istanbul. He will also have a meeting with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the Ciragan Palace.
Fischer is scheduled to inaugurate an exhibition at the Istanbul Archaeological Museum and depart from Turkey in the evening.
