Babacan Returns From Bulgaria

ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan arrived in Turkey on Wednesday after completing his talks in Bulgaria.
Babacan attended the meeting of Foreign Ministers of Southeast European Countries, held within the framework of the Southeast European Cooperation Process (SEECP), in Bulgarian coastal city of Bourgas.
