BOURGAS - Summit of the heads of state and government of the southeastern European countries ended Wednesday in Bulgaria`s Black Sea town of Pomorie.
Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan represented Turkey in the summit and delivered a speech on behalf of the Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The summit, which was held under the Southeast European Cooperation Process (SEECP), released a declaration and decided that Turkey would assume the term presidency of SEECP for 2009-2010.
