Parliament Speaker Toptan Due To Strasbourg

ANKARA - Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan will leave for Strasbourg on Thursday to attend the Conference of Parliament Speakers of Council of Europe.
Toptan will participate in inauguration and first session of the conference on Thursday, and first and second sessions on Friday.
Toptan will then proceed to Frankfurt, and return to Turkey on Saturday.
