Austrian President Fischer Receives Chairman Of Main Opposition Party

ANKARA - Austrian President Heinz Fischer received Deniz Baykal, chairman of the main opposition Republican People`s Party (CHP), in Ankara on Wednesday.
After the meeting at Sheraton Hotel, Baykal told reporters that Fischer and he discussed the case at the Constitutional Court and Turkey`s EU accession process.
Later Austrian President Fischer proceeded to central province of Kayseri. He and Turkish President Abdullah Gul will co-chair a meeting of Turkish-Austrian Business Council.
