Turkey's Economic Infrastructure Is More Noteworthy Than Those Of Some E.U. Member States, Acet

BERLIN - Turkey's top diplomat in Berlin, Germany said Tuesday that Turkey's economic infrastructure was more noteworthy than those of some European Union member states.
Speaking in a meeting titled "Economic Partner Turkey" in the German city of Potsdam, ambassador Ahmet Acet said "Turkey is a country of reforms. Turkey is a country that has made many economic reforms in the recent past".
"Turkey's economic infrastructure is more stable, effective and noteworthy compared to those of many EU member states. We do have deficiencies. However, we are working to eliminate such deficiencies," Acet noted.
"The Turks living in Germany have reached an economic potential. The Turkish society living in Germany will contribute to commercial relations as much as NGOs would," Acet said.
"Turkish companies operating in Germany employ more than 350,000 people," Acet also said.
The German city of Potsdam is currently hosting the "Turkish-German Week".
