Turkish Police Intercept 81.6 Kg Of Heroin In Van

VAN - Turkish police seized 81.6 kg of heroin in eastern Van province, Tuesday.
Launching an operation, narcotics teams found 81.6 kg of heroin hidden in secret parts of a truck near Gevas town of Van. Two people were detained and an operation was launched to capture two others.
Van Police Chief Tacettin Kurt said that they seized 1,330 kg of hashish in operations in the last two years in Van region and added that 282 people were arrested during these operations.
