Northern Cyprus's Tourism Should Be Promoted In Turkey, Turkish Hotel Chain Chairman

LEFKOSA - Chairman of a Turkish hotel chain said on Sunday that tourism of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) should be promoted effectively in Turkey.
Reha Arar, chairman of Merit Hotels of Turkey, said that 2009 would be the "TRNC Year" in Turkey and this would be an impulsive force for the country`s tourism sector.
Arar said TRNC`s tourism sector would be saved if effective and accurate activities are carried out within this framework.
Arar also said that TRNC has recently become an important center for "congress tourism".
