KAYSERI - German energy company EWE acquired 39.9 percent of Kayserigaz, a company of Calik group that distributes natural gas in central province of Kayseri.
Calik Holding Chairman Ahmet Calik and EWE board member Heiko Harms signed an agreement on the acquisition at a ceremony in Kayseri on Friday.
Calik and EWE are also partners in Bursagaz, another natural gas distributor in northwestern province of Bursa, since 2005.
