ISTANBUL, July 26 (AFP) - A private light aircraft crashed Monday in a village in western Turkey, killing the pilot and injuring three passengers including two Austrian tourists, the Anatolia news agency reported.
The Cesna 172 aircraft, took off from the airport in Dalaman, in Mugla province, for a flight on which passengers could take aerial photographs.
Fifteen minutues later it crashed into a building under construction in the village of Sarigerme before bursting into flames, Anatolia said, quoting officials in Dalaman.
Those injured were taken by helicopter to Dalaman, Anatolia said, but gave no indication of the seriousness of their injuries.
