Macedonian Minister Holds Talks In Manisa

MANISA - Macedonian Minister Gligor Tashkovich invited Turkish entrepreneurs to invest in his country on Wednesday.
Speaking to reporters after his visit to the Organized Industrial Zone of western province of Manisa, Tashkovich said Macedonia had the lowest tax rates in Europe.
The Macedonian minister said both the tax rate applied in Macedonia`s free trade zones and the Added Tax Value implemented in the country was zero percent.
He also said Macedonia had signed free trade agreements with nearly 40 countries so far.
After replying to questions, Tashkovich held talks with representatives of several Turkish companies.
During the meetings, the Macedonian minister briefed the businessmen on the business opportunities in his country.
