HELSINKI - Turkey`s Foreign Minister Ali Babacan arrived in Finnish capital city of Helsinki on Sunday as the formal guest of Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb of Finland.
Besides the bilateral relations, Turkey`s EU membership process, regional and international developments will be high on agenda of Babacan`s scheduled talks with Finnish officials.
