ISTANBUL - Turkey`s national soccer team coach named on Sunday the squad for UEFA Euro 2008 Soccer Championship.
Coach Fatih Terim named the 26-man squad for the championship, and the squad was made public on the web-page of the Turkish Football Federation.
Turkey will compete in Group A against Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Portugal.
The tournament will kick off with Group A games on June 7th and Turkey will go on its first match against Portugal in Geneva, Austria.

Goalkeepers: Volkan Demirel (Fenerbahce), Rustu Recber (Besiktas), Tolga Zengin (Trabzonspor).
Defenders: Gokhan Gonul (Fenerbahce), Sabri Sarioglu (Galatasaray), Gokhan Zan (Besiktas), Ibrahim Kas (Besiktas), Emre Asik (Ankaraspor), Servet Cetin (Galatasaray), Hakan Kadir Balta (Galatasaray), Ugur Boral (Fenerbahce).
