Greek Foreign Minister Molyviatis Offers His Condolences

ATHENS - Foreign Minister Petros Molyviatis of Greece offered his condolences following Thursday's train derailment in northwestern Turkey.
In his message to Turkish Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul, Molyviatis expressed his profound sorrow over loss of lives in the train crash.
Offering his condolences, Molyviatis said that he commiserated with Turkish people and those who lost their relatives in the train crash.
A total 37 people were killed and 81 others were injured when a high-speed train derailed near Pamukova town of northwestern province of Sakarya on Thursday night. The train, traveling from Istanbul to Ankara, was carrying nine crew members and 234 passengers.
